Red River crossing at 60th Avenue South/Clay County Road 12 to close Aug. 20
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — The Red River crossing connecting Moorhead at 60th Avenue South/Clay County Road 12 and Fargo at 52nd Avenue South will close Saturday, Aug. 20, for approximately two weeks. Crews will replace the east bridge approach, and motorists will need to use alternate routes.
The bridge work is part of a Minnesota Department of Transportation and Clay County project that also includes constructing a roundabout at the intersection of 60th Avenue South and Highway 75 and resurfacing 60th Avenue South between Highway 75 and the Red River.
The entire construction project is scheduled to be completed in late September.
