Highway 28 resurfacing project begins June 20
DETROIT LAKES, Minn. — Motorists on Highway 28 between the west state line and Highway 7 may experience delays when a resurfacing project begins June 20.
Work will require daytime lane closures with a pilot car and flaggers assisting.
The project is scheduled to be completed in early July, weather permitting.
