Highway 10 resurfacing project between Hawley and Detroit Lakes begin scheduled to begin May 2
DETROIT LAKES, Minn.—Motorists on Highway 10 between Hawley and Detroit Lakes may encounter delays when a resurfacing project on the eastbound lanes begins May 2. However, the project could possibly begin later depending on when spring road restrictions are lifted.
Eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in areas where crews are working. The project does not require overnight lane closures. Crews will restore traffic to both eastbound lanes overnight.
The project is scheduled to be completed in late May, weather permitting. Construction work will be suspended during the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
