Reconstruct seven miles of Highway 25 road surface and improve drainage from south of the Settlers Parkway roundabout in Buffalo to Hwy 12 near Montrose, Wright County.

Detour

Hwy 25 is closed to all through traffic between Buffalo and Montrose. Detour uses Wright County Rd 12 and Hwy 12/Hwy 25.

Live, work along Hwy 25

Access to be restricted to those who work, live or need to visit locations along Hwy 25. Access to be maintained and open to businesses or residents, however expect changes, delays and gravel or grooved surfaces. Expect flaggers and use of a pilot car with alternating one way traffic.

Pipe work begins August 19

The road will have temporary full-closures at some locations to complete underground pipe/culvert work, seek nearest side road off Hwy 25. Multiple crews will be working. Map of side roads for culvert work, PDF

  • North Fork Crow River bridge: First full closure will last until early September to replace concrete bridge approaches at the North Fork Crow River, near Crow Spring County Park, south of 40th St SE. Work will include a pipe just north of the bridge.

All lanes to open by Oct. 13, 2019.
