MnDOT announces new central Minnesota public affairs coordinator

ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Krista Rydberg is now serving as the public affairs coordinator for the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) – District 3, which encompasses 13 counties in central Minnesota.

“We are excited to have Krista be part of our MnDOT team, her knowledge and experience in communications and public relations will be essential in providing information to travelers about road conditions and highway construction projects,” says Mike Ginnaty, district engineer for MnDOT District 3.

Rydberg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University and comes to us from Hubbard Broadcasting. She replaces J.P. Gillach, who now works in Communications at MnDOT’s Central Office, St. Paul.
