Residents invited to learn about 2018 Hwy 4 Lake Henry reconstruction project at open house March 27

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Those who travel Hwy 4 through Lake Henry are encouraged to attend an open house to learn about a major project that will reconstruct and improve Hwy 4 and other infrastructure in Lake Henry in 2018.

The public open house will be held Tuesday, March 27, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., at Lake Henry City Hall, located just off of Highway 4 in the city of Lake Henry.

Open house attendees will be able to learn about the project’s construction details, planned traffic changes, detour routes and schedule. A large layout of the project will be on display and MnDOT staff will be on hand to answer questions about the project.

The project’s required lane closures will begin in mid-April, with all lanes open in September.

The project will reconstruct Hwy 4 between Ball Park Street and Cartway Drive, move power poles outside of the curb line and improve pedestrian access and underground utilities.
