Work scheduled for weekend of July 26 near Baxter
BAXTER, Minn. — Motorists traveling on Highway 210 may encounter lane closures and delays as crews resurface two short segments of road in Pillager and west of Baxter during the next two weekends.
Resurfacing will occur:
- July 19-20 – Highway 210 at east junction County Road 1 in Pillager - COMPLETE
- July 26-27 – Highway 210 at County Road 18 just west of Baxter
Work will begin at approximately 7 p.m. on Friday and continue until completed on Saturday evening. Motorists should expect lane closures with reduced speeds, stops and flaggers directing traffic through the work zone.
In case of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled for the following weekend.
This is part of a larger improvement project to repair and smooth seven miles of concrete road surface between Pillager and Baxter. The entire project is scheduled to be complete by late-August.
Motorists are advised to watch for signs, slow down and prepare to stop when approaching the work zone.
