Hwy 23 in St. Cloud to reopen overnight Aug. 30-31
ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Motorists will be able to drive on Highway 23/Division Street between Lincoln Avenue and Wilson Avenue by 5 a.m. Friday, Aug. 31.
The road was closed July 26 as part of a project to reconstruct the pedestrian bridge spanning Highway 23/Division Street.
Work on the pedestrian bridge itself is now complete, and the bridge is open to foot, bicycle and wheelchair traffic.
