Hwy 15 in St. Cloud reduced to single lane overnight Aug. 27-28
ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Motorists may encounter overnight delays on Highway 15 near Stearns County Road 120 in St. Cloud as the road is reduced to a single lane in each direction beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, and Tuesday, Aug. 28.
All lanes on Highway 15 will reopen by 6:30 a.m. the following day.
The lane closures are needed as crews drive pile as part of the Highway 15/County Road 120 Diverging Diamond Interchange project.
Local residences and businesses are advised that noise will occur overnight. Drivers are reminded to watch for workers, slow moving traffic and equipment within the work zones on Highway 15 and on Stearns County Road 120.
When complete, the project will increase safety and mobility by replacing the existing Highway 15/Stearns County Road 120 at-grade intersection—meaning vehicles cross at the same level—to a full interchange with exit and entrance ramps.
