Hearing and comment period set for Highway 10/Benton County Road 2 interchange document
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The public is invited to a hearing and open house Monday, Aug. 13, to comment on the environmental assessment worksheet for the proposed Highway 10/Benton County Road 2 interchange project in Rice.
The meeting will occur from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Rice City Hall, 205 Main St. E.
Copies of the EAW will be available, the project layout will be on display and MnDOT staff will be on hand to answer questions.
The EAW includes information on environmental effects of the project including potentially contaminated properties, stormwater quality and quantity and traffic noise.

The proposed project will replace the existing at-grade Highway 10/Benton County Road 2 intersection in Rice with a full access, grade-separated interchange with a bridge spanning Highway 10 over County Road 2.
