Lane closures on Highway 23 west of Waite Park begin May 31
ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Motorists should expect lane closures on Highway 23 at Bel Clare Drive west of Waite Park beginning Thursday, May 31, and lasting through the end of June.
Highway 23 motorists will encounter reduced speeds, lane closures and flaggers directing traffic as crews extend turn and acceleration lanes, and install overhead intersection lighting.
The project will improve safety at the Highway 23/Bel Clare Drive intersection when it is completed.
