Resurfacing of Hwy 6 in Crosby begins Oct. 5
BAXTER, Minn. — Motorists traveling on Highway 6 in Crosby will encounter a single lane closure, pilot cars and flaggers directing traffic between Highway 210 and Crow Wing County Road 11 beginning Wednesday, Oct. 5, as crews resurface the road.
Anderson Bros Construction of Brainerd, Minn., is the prime contractor for the $900,000 roadway improvement project.
The project is scheduled to be completed by mid-October, weather permitting.
During construction and road maintenance work, the Minnesota Department of Transportation urges drivers to:

- Watch for construction crews and equipment in the work zone.
- Follow posted speed limits; fines double in work zones.
- Plan ahead and expect delays, especially during peak travel times.
