ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Highway 12 through the city of Delano is open to traffic, the Minnesota Department of Transportation announced today.

Crews finished striping the final phase of Highway 12 and removed the detour barricades. This marks the completion of two years of reconstruction and safety improvement on the highway.

Though some minor off-road work still remains, traffic will be able to travel in the area with minimal or no impacts.
