ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and expect delays as crews continue to resurface Highway 25 from just south of Sherburne County Road 14 to Highway 10 in Big Lake.
Traffic will be restricted to a single lane. Motorists will be directed through the work zone by a pilot car and flaggers. Travelers are asked to slow down and use caution in the area where crews are working and be alert for trucks hauling materials in the work zone.
Area residents can expect to see temporary pedestrian ramp closures at the intersections of Highway 25 and Norwood Drive, Norwood Lane, Tarrytown Road, Monroe Street, Ormsbee Street and Pleasant Avenue as crews replace the pedestrian ramps.
The project is scheduled for completion by mid November.
Knife River Corporation of Sauk Rapids is the prime contractor for this $583,000 resurfacing project.
