ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Beginning at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, 9th/10th Avenue will be closed from St. Germain Street to 4th Street South for construction work on the Lake George Bridge. This portion of the roadway will reopen to traffic at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29.
