Interstate 94 from Highway 71 in Sauk Centre to east of Highway 127 at the Douglas/Todd County line (approximately 12 miles)

Motorists should be prepared to slow down for daytime shoulder/lane closures in the areas where crews are working.

Two separate work zones will be contained within a two-mile stretch of roadway to allow crews to place anchors and follow-up with socket installation.

H&R Construction Company of Dalton is the prime contractor for the $1.4 million safety improvement project, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, signed into law Feb. 17, 2009.

In 2009, central Minnesota will have 70 miles of safety median cable guardrail installed along I-94, with future plans to install the remaining 30 miles by early 2011.
