ST. CLOUD, Minn.- Work to replace two bridge deck
structures that overpass Interstate 94 in Stearns County is began
May 11.
The
structures are at Stearns County Highway 143, west of Clearwater,
and Stearns County Highway 186, east of Sauk Centre.
The project is one of nearly 100 Minnesota road and
bridge projects that will be funded with $502 million in federal
economic stimulus dollars.
Crews will remove and replace the deck surfaces, and
paint the bridges sub-structures. All work is anticipated
to be complete by the end of September.
Motorists should be alert to the following traffic
impacts:

Lunda Construction is the prime contractor for the
$1.5 million bridge rehabilitation projects, funded by the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act that was signed into law Feb.
