ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Motorists traveling on the westbound lanes of Highway 23 will encounter a single-lane closure just east of 10th Avenue in Waite Park on Friday, Feb. 13, beginning at 7 a.m.

Crews will be doing some emergency road repairs. Work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m.
