Both eastbound Highway 23 lanes from Wilson Avenue to Lincoln Avenue in St. Cloud

Eastbound Highway 23 will resume being closed to local traffic between Wilson Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.

One of the two lanes had been reopened to local traffic.

The resumed closure is necessary to allow Xcel Energy to complete the relocation of a gas main currently located underneath the Highway 23 DeSoto bridge.
