Truck detour for Highway 12 around Delano to begin June 4

Impact:
Semitrailer drivers traveling on Highway 12 are strongly
encouraged to follow a signed “truck detour” around
Delano. The detour will be via Wright County Highway 14, Wright
County Highway 32, Highway 55 and Hennepin County Highway

Motorists and local truck deliveries may continue to use
the Highway 12 detour through Delano.
Project
Information:
Highway 12 is closed from Bridge Avenue to County Line Road
as crews reconstruct the South Fork Crow River bridge.
The Delano detour has tight intersection turning radiuses
for semitrailers to maneuver. Truckers who usually travel
through Delano are strongly encouraged to use the signed truck
detour to alleviate congestion on the local detour.
