All MnDOT projects - both new construction and rehabilitation projects - must include evaluation to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Upgrade and install pedestrian ramps, sidewalks or pathways to be ADA compliant along Hwy 25 in Monticello.
- Upgrade the Hwy 25 signals at Oakwood Dr, Chelsea Rd and School Blvd
- New sidewalk from the Manufactured Home Park to School Blvd
- New signal system and crossings at Hwy 25 and CR 106/85th St
