    • 85th St NE is closed at Hwy 25 through the early Aug
      • Detour uses Edmonson Ave NE and School Blvd

Progress update

July 23, 2015 - Crews have completed the newly expanded northbound lanes, and are reconstructing the southbound lanes. Worksite photos

The CR 106/85th St NE intersection at Hwy 25 is only partially completed on the northeast side.  The detour for 85th St will remain in effect for a few more weeks. In early August, they will close and work on CR 106 at the intersection. Traffic will be detoured for eight days. The detour will use Chelsea Rd, 90th St NE and Cahill Ave NE. More information will be sent out when exact dates are known.

In early Sept, Hwy 25 will be resurfaced from north of School Blvd to south of the I-94 interchange. Signals will also be upgraded at School Blvd, Chesea Rd and Oakwood Dr.

Pay attention and watch for workers, equipment, traffic devices and signs.

  • Upgrade traffic signals at Oakwood Dr, Chelsea Rd and School Blvd
  • Install new sidewalk west of Hwy 25 from MHP to School Blvd
