All MnDOT projects--both new construction and rehabilitation projects--must include evaluation to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Specific to this Project
- Improve pedestrian accesses along Hwy 371, Crow Wing CR 18 and Smiley Rd in Nisswa.
- Install a new city pedestrian and bike trail tunnel underneath Hwy 371 to access future Nisswa Lake park.
- Realign the Paul Bunyan Trail with the city and county road improvements
