2012 Construction

 

Motorists traveling on Hwy 23 will use a detour via Hwy 95 and Hwy 25. Hwy 23 expansion project east of St. Cloud (March 12, 2012)

 

Access to Benton County Road 4 will change on either May 10 or 11, weather permitting. Access will be via Hwy 25 and Glenn Street. Follow posted signage on this roadway.

 

Work east of Hwy 25 on Hwy 23 is scheduled to begin the week of May 14. This work includes bituminous mill and overlay and pedestrian access improvements from 1st Avenue West to the east limits of the project.

The Hwy 23 four lane expansion from Hwy 95 east of St. Cloud to Hwy 25 in Foley began on July 27, 2011.

 

This project will take two years to construct. In 2011, crews will construct the new lanes, and in 2012, they will reconstruct the existing two lanes.
