2013 schedule, traffic impacts
Access to the Stearns CR 120/Hwy 15 intersection will remain open until construction operations begin in the early spring 2013.
- Highway 15 lane and shoulder closures begin in Sartell Feb. 6 (Feb. 5, 2013) Install a temporary signal system at the Highway 15/23rd St. Work to be complete by early April 16.

Stearns CR 120 Access Maps Area Projects
In 2011, the city of Sartell completed a new 50th Avenue connection, which included a roundabout at 23rd St.
In 2012, the county reconstructed Stearns CR 120 from 50th Ave to Connecticut Ave, which included roundabouts at 50th Ave and CentraCare Circle. The new center raised median will also alleviate left-turn movements except at the roundabouts.

Construct interchange and pedestrian paths/sidewalks.
Traffic Impacts
Hwy 15: Open to four-lanes of traffic through the use of northbound and southbound bypass lanes. Motorists many encounter periodic lane closures at off peak hours.
Stearns CR 120 access: The center of the intersection of Hwy 15/CR 120 will be closed to CR 120 crossover traffic, and the temporary signal at Hwy 15/23rd St S will continue to be operational.

Install permanent pavement markings, traffic signal systems, road signs and overhead lighting. Remove temporary crossovers and establish turf.
