Semi-trucks should use bypass

BEMIDJI, Minn. – Hwy 2 westbound has been reduced to one lane between Robert Street and Groveland Avenue. There is no on-street parking during construction and truck traffic is encouraged to use the Hwy 2 truck bypass.

The closures are necessary as crews continue to repair the concrete surface on Hwy 2.

MnDOT urges motorists to always drive with caution, slowdown in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
