Detour on Hwy 75 from Warren to Stephen begins June 4
BEMIDJI, Minn. – Motorists traveling on Hwy 75 in northern Minnesota will encounter a detour beginning Monday, June 4, as crews begin a resurfacing and culvert replacement project from Warren to Stephen.
Northbound traffic from Warren will be detoured west on Hwy 1 for 11 miles to Alvarado then north on Marshall County Road 10 for approximately 15 miles, and east on Marshall County Road 5 to Hwy 75. Southbound traffic will follow the same detour in reverse.
Local traffic and business access will be maintained but with restrictions to 11 foot lanes, gravel surfaces and delays.
The work is expected to be completed Aug. 4, weather permitting, giving motorists a smoother ride.
