Hwy 59 at Plummer opens to traffic
BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation has re-opened Hwy 59 and removed the detour at Plummer after crews completed their work to repair the Hwy.
Hwy 59 at Plummer had been closed since March 31 when a semitrailer and train collided at the highway crossing, spilling hazardous material.
MnDOT would like to thank the public for their patience during this unfortunate incident.
