Hwy 220 rail crossing project requires detour Nov. 9-10
BEMIDJI, Minn. – Motorists on Hwy 220 will experience a detour in East Grand Forks on Wednesday, Nov. 9, and Thursday, Nov. 10.
Crews from the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway will replace the Hwy 220 rail crossing just south of the junction with Hwy 2 near East Grand Forks.
Northbound Hwy 220 traffic will detour on Bygland Road, Business Hwy 2, Demers Avenue and then back to Hwy 2.
Southbound Hwy 220 traffic will use the same route in reverse.
