Pedestrian crossing improvement on Hwy 2 in Crookston begins Aug. 22

 

BEMIDJI, Minn. – Work to improve the signal systems and pedestrian access to meet American with Disabilities Act requirements on Highway 2 in Crookston will begin Monday, Aug. 22.

 

Parking will be restricted on Highway 2 with temporary lane closures and access to some city streets will be temporarily restricted.

 

Motorists are advised to be extremely alert for workers, equipment and flagging operations.

 

The project is expected to be completed by mid-October.
