Resurfacing of Highway 11 west of Warroad, Williams starts July 28 - lane closures, intermittent delays expected |

BEMIDJI, Minn. - The Minnesota Department of Transportation will resurface two sections of Highway 11 beginning Monday, July 28. The first section will be from the east limits of Warroad to approximately three miles west. The second section will be from the west limits of Williams to approximately eight miles east of the city. The project, a mill and overlay, will include resurfacing the shoulders and building in a turn lane at Williams. Work will be done under traffic with the use of flaggers and a pilot car. Motorists need to prepare for lane closures and intermittent delays. The project
is expected to be complete by the end of August, weather permitting.
