BEMIDJI, Minn. - A project to resurface a portion of the U.S. Highway 2 Business route in East Grand Forks from DeMers Avenue and Fourth Street N.W. to U.S. Highway 2 is scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 16.

Construction will be done under traffic using lane closures. Motorists will encounter intermittent delays and flagging operations.

The project is expected to be complete by July 31, weather permitting.
