BEMIDJI, Minn. - The Minnesota Department of Transportation has reopened State Highway 11 west of Donaldson in Kittson County following an emergency repair of a damaged culvert.

The replacement pipe is temporary until a permanent fix can be done. In the meantime, the area has a gravel surface and bump. The location is signed and motorists are cautioned to slow down in this area.
