BEMIDJI, Minn. - State Highway 32 north of Twin Valley has been reopened to traffic after being closed for a bridge replacement over the Wild Rice River. Shawn Groven, project engineer for the Minnesota Department of Transportation, said the detour has been lifted and barricades removed but some work remains to be done and drivers are cautioned to slow down when approaching the bridge area. Seeding operations
in the approach areas and pavement striping are being conducted
this week in addition to painting the bridge rails. The project
is estimated to be complete by Wednesday, Oct. 3, weather permitting. ![]()
