Culvert Replacements on Hwy 89 south of Roseau/Marshall County Line to begin Sept. 17 |

BEMIDJI, Minn. - A project to replace two culverts on Highway 89 one mile south of the Roseau/Marshall county line is scheduled to begin Monday, Sept. 17. A detour will be in place for the duration of the project. Northbound Highway 89 traffic will be routed from the junction with Highway 219 to Marshall County 6 for six miles, north on Marshall County 54 for eight miles to Roseau County 9 for seven miles, then west on Roseau County 4 for six miles. Southbound traffic will follow the same route in reverse. The project
is expected to be complete by Sept. 30, weather permitting. For information
