Bemidji, Mn. - A mill and overlay project on 11 miles of State Highway 59 in Polk and Red Lake Counties is scheduled to start on Monday, July 23.

Motorists will encounter flagging operations and should be prepared for minor delays.

The work includes turn lane construction and culvert repair.

The project is expected to be complete in late August.
