Bemidji, MN. - Rain has caused delays in the progress of a bridge replacement project on State Highway 32 north of Twin Valley in Norman County.

The project began in mid-June and was expected to be complete by the end of August. But due to heavy rains in the area, the project is now expected to be completed by late September.

A detour remains in effect until further notice.
