Box culvert construction on State Hwy. 9; detour required |

Bemidji, MN. - Traffic on State Highway 9 in Polk County will be detoured beginning July 16, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) A box culvert will be replaced one mile north of Beltrami on State Highway 9. The detour route for north bound traffic begins one mile south of Beltrami, west on Polk County Rd. 1 for four miles to Polk County Rd. 14, north on County 14 for eleven miles, then east on Polk County Rd. 45 for 3 miles back to State Highway 9. The route for southbound traffic will be the same in reverse. The detour
will be in effect beginning at 12:01 AM on July 16th and is expected
to be in place for 10 days, weather permitting. For information
