Bemidji, MN. --- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) is asking motorists to slow down and be alert to a bituminous mill and overlay project on State Highway 72 from Shooks to Waskish which started today.

Motorists will encounter intermittent delays with alternating use of a single traffic lane. Traffic control will include flagging operations and a pilot car through the construction work zone.

The project is expected to be complete by mid-June, depending on weather conditions.
