Bemidji, Mn. -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) is announcing the start of a project to replace five bridges and four box culverts on State Highway 11 between Clementson and Indus in Koochiching County beginning Wednesday, July 5th.

In areas of construction, traffic will be reduced to a single lane with a gravel surface and motorists will be required to stop and take turns. Highway 11 will be closed from State Highway 72 to Koochiching County Road 83 to vehicles requiring permits beginning at 6:00 a.m. on July 5th through September 17, 2006.
