Maintenance work on State Hwy. 89 in Red Lake will start June 20th |

Bemidji, MN. - The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) is advising motorists in the Red Lake and Little Rock areas of the Red Lake Reservation to be prepared for some traffic delays on State Highway 89 beginning Tuesday, June 20th. According to Don Holt, Mn/DOT Maintenance Sub-area Supervisor in Bemidji, a maintenance crew will be conducting patching and bituminous roller operations on Highway 89 from four miles south of the junction with State Highway 1in Red Lake and west on Highway 89 to the Red Lake Outlet. Holt said the maintenance operations will require flagging to be in place and drivers should be prepared to slow down and stop for traffic delays.
