Reconstruction of State Hwy. 11 in Roseau Resumes |

Bemidji, MN. - The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will be resuming the reconstruction of State Highway 11 in Roseau that was begun last year. According to Shawn Groven, Mn/DOT Project Engineer, the work is scheduled to restart on Friday, June 2nd with the reclamation of pavement from 4th Avenue N.E. to 9th Avenue N.E. Traffic will be permitted through the area on the week-end of June 3rd and 4th. A detour will be put in place on Monday, June 5th and will remain in place until the first week of August. The project is expected to be complete by the end of August. A public information meeting related to the project is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31st, at the Roseau Fire Hall beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend.
