-- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) is advising
motorists who may be traveling on Highway 11 in the Warroad area
to be extremely cautious for areas where water has gone over the
highway due to heavy rain.
According
to Curt Larson, Mn/DOT Maintenance Supervisor in the Roseau area,
"Highway 11, between Warroad and Baudette, has water over
the road in several areas." Larson said the road is currently
signed and is being monitored for safety. Larson added, if conditions
worsen, the road would be closed.
