Bemidji, MN. -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) is alerting the public to a construction project starting up on Tuesday, May 11th in Crookston.

According to Scott Dowers, Mn/DOT Project Supervisor, "Mn/DOT will be constructing five left-turn lanes on Trunk Highway 2 in Crookston from Memorial Drive to Armory Frontage Road." Dowers said the work would be conducted under traffic in both the east and westbound lanes with periodic restriction to one lane.

Dowers expects the work to be complete in two weeks.
