the public about a detour that was put in place on Monday, March
22, north of Hendrum on Trunk Highway 75 in Norman County.
According
to Shawn Groven, Mn/DOT Project Engineer, the detour is required
to accommodate the building of a new bridge over the Wild Rice
River one and half miles north of Hendrum.
The detour
route is east from Hendrum on County Highway 25 for 6.7 miles,
then north on County Highway 10 for 2 miles to the junction of

route is 15.5 miles.
Groven said
the detour is posted at 9-ton until spring road restrictions are
lifted to 10 ton.
