Bemidji, MN. --- The Minnesota Department of Transportation
(Mn/DOT) is announcing the start of a construction project on
Trunk Highway 200 between Zerkel and Roy Lake in Clearwater County
beginning Monday, June 30th.
According
to Larry Randall, Mn/DOT Project Supervisor, "the project
is a pavement resurface and rehabilitation of highway 200 and
is expected to last until mid-to-late August, depending on the
weather."
Randall said,
" The project will require a detour directing east bound
traffic unto Clearwater County Highway 7 to Clearwater County
Highway 27 to Trunk Highway 92, then south to Trunk Highway 200.
Traffic coming from the west would follow the same detour route
in reserve. "
Mn/DOT reminds
motorists to allow themselves more travel time for construction
detours and to slow down in work zones.
