-- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) is announcing
that construction to improve T.H. 2 westbound from Fisher to Crookston
will begin on Tuesday, June 25th. The work will consist of bituminous
mill and overlay, concrete cracking and seating and culvert repair.
According to J.T. Anderson, Mn/DOT Resident Engineer in Thief
River Fall's Construction Office, "Beginning Tuesday, June
25th, the westbound lane on Trunk Highway 2 between Fisher and
Crookston will be closed for construction. Westbound traffic will
crossover to eastbound lane."
Mn/DOT advises drivers to slow down when approaching any construction
area and keep alert to traffic signing instructions.
