Bemidji, Mn. -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will be holding a public information meeting to discuss construction work scheduled for T.H. 1 in Warren this summer. The work will occur on T.H. 1 from Montana Street to Seventh Street and will require a detour around the project.

According to Shawn Groven, Mn/DOT Project Engineer, "the project to improve T.H. 1 in Warren will consist of grading, bituminous paving, storm and sanitary sewer, water, lighting and replacement of a bridge decking." Groven said the work is expected to start on May 22nd and will last until late October.

The informational meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 16th at the Warren City Hall beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Residents of Warren are especially encouraged to attend the meeting to learn more about the project.
