CONSTRUCTION WORK ON T.H. 2 FROM BAGLEY TO WILTON HAS RESUMED FOR THE SUMMER, MOTORISTS CAUTIONED ABOUT LANE CLOSURES
Bemidji, MN. ---- The Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) would like to notify motorists that construction on T.H. 2 between Bagley and Wilton has resumed on the westbound lanes between Bagley and Wilton in northern Minnesota. Mn/DOT Project Engineer Duane Hill cautions, "all eastbound traffic will be merged unto a westbound lane with speed reductions that will be enforced until the project is complete." Hill added, Mn/DOT expects to have this project completed by mid-August of this summer, depending on weather conditions. Mn/DOT would also like to remind drivers that anyone caught speeding through a construction zone will be fined double under Minnesota law, so please remember that when you "see orange", slow down and obey all traffic signing instructions. See ORANGE. We’re in the WORK ZONE Together |
