• Use of this spreadsheet should be as follows:
  
  1. Download this spreadsheet to your computer harddrive by right clicking and choosing target drive. (the user will need to enable macros to run otherwise the sheet won't work)
  2. Print blank copies for raw data recording.
  3. Completely enter raw data into the spreadsheet.
  4. Print completed spreadsheet and file with project documentation.
  5. Save spreadsheet as a different file name, (I.E. - S.P. XXXX-XX test #1 MVWE), and sequential after that.
  6. Reset the spreadsheet, make sure all relevant areas are clear to start a new test, then proceed.
  7. Save all tests to a CD along with the Final Test Summary Sheet.
  8. Submit the CD along with test documentation to Mn/Dot at the end of the project.
